In the few weeks that I have been living in Flex, I've tried out a few things from the local Trader Joe's, not far from campus. Among them has been the Corn and Chile: Tomato-Less Salsa. It is coined as a "sweet combination of corn, red peppers, onion and a touch of heat." It's great with the hint of lime Tostitos chips as well as an ingredient in guacamole and even on top of salads. I'll stop the infomercial there, but if you're near a Trader Joe's, pick up a jar and let me know how you like it!
