I just finished a very enjoyable read that I discovered at the beginning of the summer. This book provides a very neat background to the concepts of brainstorming, groupthink and what Sawyer calls the eventual "Group Genius." As I've been planning and reading in advance of the year ahead with student government, I found this book to be very helpful as there's much value in collaborative thinking and seeking to be innovative when it's pretty tempting to stay put.
For anyone who wants to get a fresh take on small group communication/dynamics, I highly recommend this really good book.
