Well, I'm home from the commencement this afternoon. Congratulations Alayna! And, a shout out to my friends, Andrew and Lisa Shinn who also graduated today. I got a few decent pictures (even though my camera was acting weird--and shooting blurry photos) but it's all good.
We had cake and watched Alayna open some gifts after we got home. The cake was from a local German bakery, Konditor Meister. As always, they are hard to beat. They've been shown on the Today Show because they are so good. So if you are in the Boston area and have yet to have a cake from them, do it for your next occasion.
Soon we're getting ready to watch the Super Bowl downstairs together on TV. We're ordering chinese food from Great Chow and relaxing for the evening. Go Patriots!
